  • Mind

The mind and body work together to keep your whole system in balance. If no disease or illness is physically or mentally present, then you would be considered healthy. Realistically, most of us are constantly in a rush, working, stressed, and worried. Feeling like we do not have enough time left in the day for ourselves, let alone to process our thoughts and emotions... until we get to bed. Overtime, this can cause a build of negative emotions, mental fog, and even mental illness. Taking care of your mental health means giving it the attention it needs and deserves! This is crucial to the overall wellbeing of your health. Pain in the mind can manifest into the body and vice versa.

I made a journal designed to guide you through the process of releasing negative thoughts, stored emotions, old beliefs, and trauma. Ready to take the next step on your health journey? Let go and grow into the best, healthiest version of yourself.

  • Body

Energy, joy, healthy hair, and glowing skin all start from within. Your body needs nourishment from whole foods to properly function in a stable healthy way. What you put in your gut directly impacts your health. Processed food, too much sugar, caffeine, drugs, or alcohol consumed in excess can cause an imbalance in our gut, especially if not detoxed properly. Which can make us more susceptible to sickness. Along with a laundry list of many other negative side effects from those drugs ,and the drugs we take after that to feel better again! What I call "the toxic cycle that never stops". But hey, it is the world we live in. We have adapted to eating food that has been so altered we would probably never think twice about it because it is what we know, convienant, available, affordable, and fast! Clearly the food we eat today is not the same as it was 50 years ago or even 5 years ago! The nutrients in the soil have been depleted overtime, and our food does not contain as high levels of vitamins and minerals as before. Even if we eat a balanced diet of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein, and whole grains we can still get nutrient deficient! That is why it is important to take supplements that can help go beyond your diet to optimize your health. Fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to build a strong immune system to fight any toxins, chemicals, bad bacteria, and viruses that try to weaken it. We are exposed to harmful toxins, heavy metals, and micro-organisms everyday. They can get into our food, water, air, soil, house, cleaning products, and skincare. Most people are unaware or do not think about the contaminants in our environment that may be contributing to chronic stress, hair loss, headaches, acne, other skin problems, gas, bloating, constipation, insomnia, fatigue, anxiety, depression, illness, and other diseases. If you have been struggling with any of these things or have been feeling off, I recommend starting a health journal. This can help get your health on track, tune in with your body, and build a better relationship with food. It is also a great way to uncover any food sensitivities, on going health problems, or habits that may be inhibiting your health. Use the journal to track what you eat, how you felt after, and any other relevant notes. Females can also use it to log their menstrual cycles. It is a powerful tool to discover the root of potentials health issues, easy to share with health care provider, and reach your health goals.

  • Soul

Emotional wellbeing is an essential component in overall health. What makes you feel free and happy? Listening to music, connecting with nature, praying, or meditating are just some examples of what helps bring out our authentic spirit. It is vital to your overall health to not neglect yourself in this way. Finding inner peace and happiness in your spirit is just as important as nurturing your body and mind for a happy, healthy life.
